In the top menu bar, click on the second-to-last tab (this is the Tools or Инструменты menu).
If your installation already includes the English modules, you can switch them within the application. Launch the program. In the top menu bar, click on the

Once finished, follow the steps in Method 1 to select English within the program settings. Method 3: The "Language Folder" Workaround (Advanced) Alternatively, just press Ctrl + J on your keyboard
Click the first item in that dropdown menu, which is Options (or Параметры ). Alternatively, just press Ctrl + J on your keyboard.
Look for a dropdown menu labeled User Interface Language (or Язык интерфейса ). Select English from the list.
If you are technically inclined and the above methods fail, you can manually trigger the language shift in the program folders.
