ISTA 4.32.15 is the official dealer-level diagnostic software used by BMW technicians worldwide. Unlike generic OBD-II scanners that only provide basic "P-codes," ISTA provides manufacturer-specific fault codes, live data streaming, component testing, and guided troubleshooting procedures.
